FD 302 (Rev. 10-6-95)

FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION

Date of transcription: 8/23/99

DEBORAH DAVILA, nee CUMMINGS, white female, date of birth October 9, 1962, Social Security Account Number 534-80-9626, residing at 8428 North Mayfair #4, Spokane, Washington, was interviewed at her residence. After being advised of the identity of the interviewing agent and the purpose of the interview, DEBORAH DAVILA provided the following information:

In regards to mailing off the boxes of classified documents, DEBORAH DAVILA received a telephone call from an unidentified male voice that told her RAFAEL DAVILA wanted her to mail specified boxes from the storage shed to the Civil Rights Foundation at Post Office Box 1237, Black Mountain, North Carolina, 28711, and they would get the boxes to KURT LYONS. DEBORAH DAVILA was directed to call (828) 299-4364 once she mailed the boxes. She was told to use ordinary bulk rate United States postal mail, without any return address. She was told not to use any tracking or certificate or insurance so there would not be any paperwork trail.

DEBORAH DAVILA located the specified boxes and documents in the storage shed. She noticed that all had Top Secret and Secret stamped on the documents. Some has red markings and some were photocopies. All together the documents made about a 2' to 3' high pile. DEBORAH DAVILA remembered some of the titles having to do with “Strategic,” Russia, Korea, “Nuclear,” “Chemical Mixtures,” “Biological,” training and “Chemical Warfare.” There were not any documents on the Middle East. The box size was two sizes up from the regular document storage box. She mailed them from the post office “Off Crestline on the other side of Wellesley” using cash to pay for the asking her if she mailed the boxes and she told the man “yes.” DEBORAH DAVILA received a package with a return address from the Civil Rights Foundation. Inside were 20 newer $100 bills.

DEBORAH DAVILA threw the package away and no longer has any of the money.

DEBRAH DAVILA had previously sent a box of videos and cassettes to a Texas address to the same organization. And prior to that she had sent some classified documents to the same people in Georgia. At the beginning there were approximately 12 to 15 boxes of classified documents in the shed.

(DELETED sentences) RAFAEL DAVILA had many different addresses and telephone numbers. He collaborated with the militias and spoke often against the government (DELETED SENTENCES)
