Dupont

As you know, last week we filed a motion to alter or amend judgment. The judge denied our final motion to alter or amend judgment.  DuPont filed a notice of levy against Kirk Lyons in Buncombe County last week.  This is yet another example of the hardball tactics that any Confederate Southern American can expect in the future if he takes on a multi-national corporation in defense of his rights.

Bechtel Savannah River

Depositions are scheduled for March 22nd and we will keep you aware of all changes.

Pray for safe travel for Kirk this weekend. He is traveling to Elm Springs, TN for the SCV GEC meeting on Saturday.

Plaintiff Richard Smith's deposition is scheduled for March 19th in the Racist food Products case.
