JUSTICE FOR HARVARD CONFEDERATES
Dear Compatriot,
The SLRC is spearheading a nationwide effort to memorialize the 64 Confederate Harvard Alumni who died in battle during the War Between the States. Our aim is to bring national and international pressure to bear on the Harvard Board of Overseers to provide an appropriate memorial to honor these brave men as part of the Sesquicentennial of the War Between the States. We will not take NO for an answer.
A National Confederate Harvard Committee has been formed and we look forward to sharing updates with you in the future. As our plans develop we will let our many friends know how they can help. I am now collecting biographical information on these men, and will share this information with individual SCV Divisions so they may press for a memorial for the Confederate Harvard KIA's from their state.
